ZaarinArc MapSplitter is a digital product. All purchases are final and non-refundable. We offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the service before you are charged.
1. Free Trial
Explorer and Adventurer plans include a 7-day free trial:
- A valid payment method is required to start your trial
- You will NOT be charged until Day 8
- Cancel anytime during the trial - no charge
- Use the trial to evaluate if the service meets your needs
How to Cancel Your Trial
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
2. No Refunds Policy
ZaarinArc MapSplitter is a digital product. Due to the nature of digital products:
- All purchases are final and non-refundable
- Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued
- The 7-day free trial is your opportunity to evaluate the service
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused days
- You will not be charged for the next billing period
4. Grandmaster (Lifetime)
Grandmaster is a one-time, lifetime purchase:
- One-time purchase is final and non-refundable
- Cannot be canceled (lifetime access)
- Non-transferable between accounts
