By using ZaarinArc MapSplitter, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

2. Service Description

ZaarinArc MapSplitter is a web-based tool that allows you to:

• Upload and split battle maps into VTT-optimized tiles
• Generate print-ready PDFs
• Download processed files for personal or commercial use (based on tier)

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share your account with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content that infringes copyrights or is illegal
• Upload harmful or objectionable content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the Service
• Circumvent usage limits or resell the Service

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Payment Terms

Free Trial

Explorer and Adventurer plans include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required, but you will not be charged until Day 8.

Subscriptions

• Billed monthly
• Cancel anytime - access continues until billing period ends
• Early access pricing locked in for existing subscribers; if you cancel, you may rejoin at current rates

Grandmaster (Lifetime)

• One-time purchase, lifetime access
• Limited to 300 spots
• Non-refundable and non-transferable

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of maps you upload. We only use them to provide the Service. Files are automatically deleted within hours.

Commercial use: Explorer is personal use only. Adventurer and Grandmaster include commercial license.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAARINARC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original files.

8. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or fail to pay. You may cancel your account at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
